WE ARE DELIGHTED TO ANNOUNCE THAT THE TEAM FROM NATIVE WILL BE OPENING THEIR NEW RESTAURANT AT PENSONS FROM MAY 2024

After the success of Pensons over the last five years which included successive Michelin stars and green Michelin stars for sustainability, it is time to hand-over the baton to new management.

We carefully considered which direction to take after closing our doors at Christmas 2023, but instantly recognised that the Native team is a perfect fit to take on the Pensons legacy. The talented duo of Chef Ivan Tisdall-Downes and Imogen Davis have a wonderful foodie pedigree and share many of our values about the importance of amazing food and drink, sustainability and local sourcing. They will make the most of everything that the Pensons kitchen garden, Netherwood Estate and fantastic local producers have to offer.

Inevitably, and quite rightly, they will bring their own magic to Pensons. We wish them every success as they open Native at Pensons, their first countryside restaurant.
