Payment

Deposit

The deposit for your holiday is £175 per passenger or 10% of the total holiday cost whichever is greater. An additional deposit may be required for some Kuoni holidays such as cruises or for some airlines. Details of any additional deposit requirements will be provided at the time you book your holiday.

Balance payment

The balance payment for your holiday will be due 61 days before you travel. Your Kuoni holiday confirmation will show the amount and exactly what date your remaining balance payment is due and can be found on the bottom line of the total holiday price.

For some holidays such as cruises, the final balance is due earlier than 61days.  Details of any such requirements will be provided at the time you book your holiday.

Ways to pay

We accept various methods of payment for both your deposit and final holiday balance for your convenience. The ways that you can make a payment are set out below. Where applicable, please ensure you always check the bank details you are making payments to.

Online:

If you have a booking with a Personal Travel expert, then you can register a My Kuoni account. Once logged in, click on your booking to view your outstanding balance and to pay your balance simply click 'Pay balance online'.

If you are unable to make a My Kuoni account then all customers are still able to use Kuoni's manage your booking website, where payments can be made by debit or credit card (excluding American Express).

By Phone:

If you booked with one of our Destination Experts over the phone, please call our Sales Support team on 0800 294 9705 and they will be happy to help with your query. Alternatively, if you booked with one of our Personal Travel Experts in store, you can call them using the number on your holiday confirmation.

In Person:

If you booked with one of our Personal Travel Experts in store you can visit them to pay your balance using your Debit or Credit card.

Note: Cash is no longer accepted.

Bank Transfer: 

If you booked over the phone with a Destination Expert, just give our sales support team a call on 0800 294 9705 and they will be able to provide our bank details. Alternatively, if you booked with a Personal Travel Expert from one of our stores, please use the number on your holiday confirmation.

By Post: 

Payments can be made by cheque, made payable to Der Touristik UK Ltd and sent for the attention of the Accounts Department to Touristik House, One Dorking Office Park, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 1HJ. We would ask that your seven-digit booking reference is written clearly on the reverse of the cheque.

Payments can also be made by debit or credit card by completing the payment form enclosed with your invoice and sent for the attention of the Accounts Department to Touristik House, One Dorking Office Park, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 1HJ.
